Flyleaf has been inscribed "I. Smith" who was employed by the Deutsche Bundesbank. This book is from the library of Ingrid Smith, a numismatist who was employed by the Deutsche Bundesbank. Smith was a former authenticator and grader for the American Numismatic Association Certification Service, the auction manager for Charlton Auction Company, and an authenticator for Kagin's Numismatic Auctions. She is currently the owner of TOREX, the premier coin fair held in Canada. This is a rare publication, intended only for industry use, and not the general collector.
